CosaTron Series 2000  |  Standard Modular Plenum Units [brochure]
These self-contained packaged versions of the custom series 1000 units are designed to adapt to standard air handling units up to 40 tons, either as retrofits or during intial construction. They provide the ideal answer for such typical installations as Clean Rooms, Social Halls, Conference and Meeting Rooms, Lounges and Cafeterias, Medical Labs, Offices and Waiting Rooms, Residences and more.

The Model 2100 is a low profile version (either 16″ or 20″ high and up to 60″ wide) for installation above most lay-in ceilings. It installs easily with your air handling unit, fan terminal unit, heat pump, small cabinet fan, fan coil unit, or in the ductwork. It comes complete with HV and HF indicator lamps, circuit breaker and ON/OFF switch.

The Model 2200 is available in standard plenum sizes of 24″, 36″, or 48″ high through 96″ wide. It installs easily with your air handling unit, cabinet fan or in the ductwork. It comes complete with HV and HF indicator lamps, circuit breaker and ON/OFF switch. The Model 2200 is designed to match up with Model 14oo and 1450 Filter Plenums, or with filter plenum sections manufactured by filter companies.

POWER GENERATOR SELECTION: The above models are available with their standard Power Generator or with the CU-600 Power Generator.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDE:  1″ or 2″ deep high efficiency non-ionizing polarized media filter with transformer, factory wired with the pressure electric switch and dirty filter lamp.

Series 3000 systems are fan powered units that contain filters, CosaTron, and a fan for high static capabilities and quiet operation. These units come in two types, a compact ceiling-mount (The Room Vent) and a roll-around (The Contam-a-trol).

The CosaTron ComputerPac is a field proven, cost-effective solution for submicron contaminants in data processing facilities. CosaTron’s patented process uses solid state electronic components to enhance the effectiveness of filters and control contaminants. CosaTron accelerates the natural process of collision and coagulation. Thus, the submicron particles collide and adhere to each other more rapidly. Then, the air currents sweep these larger particles to the returns where they are removed by the filters instead of plating out on surfaces.

This collision and removal of particles has the net effect of reducing the space charge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) that would normally be experienced in the conditioned space.

The ComputerPac is designed for new or existing computer room down-flow air conditioning units. If you have a Liebert Unit, you need to add a CosaTron to get maximum efficiency.

CosaTron does not ionize the air or produce ozone.  It does not cause radio frequency interference.

The Series 4000 ComputerPac systems are designed to control contaminants proven harmful to delicate data processing equipment. In addition, they also clean the air for employees, reducing dust, dirt, and odors.
